It's a question we've all asked before--"What if it happened to me?" What if I was bitten by a radioactive spider, or was born with a mutant healing ability that allowed me to survive an operation that bonded an unbreakable metal to my bones, or was blinded by a radioactive material that also enhanced all my other senses, or got bombarded with cosmic rays that turned me into a human torch?
We're going to try to answer that question. Why? Because I find that I am a victim of geography and introvertism. I desperately want to get into Marvel Role-playing, but (1) I'm too shy and new of a player to go out and find a local group to play with or to find one online, and (2) the guys that I would love to play with are scattered across the far reaches of the south. This poses a problem. The obvious solution? Create an online group of my friends to play. And hence, here you are.
We tried this once before, and it flopped. Hopefully, having an entire website will make it easier this time around. Also, the Marvel Universe role-playing system is completely diceless, so it lends itself to online play. So, with any luck, this time around we can actually go somewhere with it.
